today's rehearsal , i think you all know the situation.
we dont have a very good conductor like mr chiang, and he would not come back to teach us anymore, im 100% sure about it, he will be at the audience seats to listen to how we perform, but he also said that it's our decision whether to perform well or not, if we perform well, the current conductor will have more fame, and you know what?
today one of our teacher said something very demoralizing which i would not say here.
this is a motivational blog, many of us know that co will not last long if we dont work hard..
i cant say whether it is true or not, maybe we will still struggle to stay alive but not getting any instructors or conductor which is far worse..
the way the conductor conduct is totally different from our previous conductor, we shouldnt follow her if it sounds wrong.
how can she say that we shouldnt look at her when she is conducting as she wil go wrong when we are suppose to follow her tempo?!
anyway, lets do our best ..
